About

Erica Walsh
Artist. Barber. Creator.

I’ve been creating for as long as I can remember. As a kid, I was always the one doodling in class—completely lost in it, as the world around me faded out. What started as a simple escape turned into something much bigger.

Now at 32, creativity isn’t just something I do—it’s how I move through life.

By trade, I’m a barber. I work with people, energy, detail, and transformation every day. But outside of that, art is where I go to slow everything down. It’s where I can take all the noise, all the thoughts, and turn them into something real.

Living with a fast-moving mind, I’ve learned that creating isn’t optional for me—it’s grounding. It’s how I process, how I express, and how I come back to myself.

My work isn’t about perfection. It’s about feeling.
Each piece reflects a moment—growth, chaos, clarity, emotion—all layered together. Some pieces are loud, some are calm, many of them are inspired by images that resonate with me, which I reinterpret through my own creative lens.

When I’m not behind the chair or painting, you’ll usually find me out on a nature walk, working on a new design, crafting something with my hands, or just laughing and enjoying life. I’m always learning, always creating, always evolving. While I’ve struggled at times to finish what I start, sharing my work is part of a bigger commitment to myself — to keep creating, keep evolving, and keep showing up for this passion.

This isn’t just art—it’s a reflection of who I am becoming.
